This policy applies to the CompareAll website and mobile app experience. It should be read together with any consent or disclosure shown at the point a feature collects additional information.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use CompareAll, we may collect account details supplied by your sign-in provider, such as your name, email address, provider and verification status; comparison requests, saved comparisons, preferences, feedback and structured decision-profile information; files or URLs you intentionally submit for a comparison; contact details you choose to provide when requesting provider matching; and limited technical or service data used to operate, secure and improve the app.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate your account through supported sign-in providers, run and personalise comparisons, save your history and preferences, improve reliability and product quality, prevent abuse and security incidents, provide support, and fulfil a provider-match request when you explicitly ask for one.
When information is shared
We may use trusted infrastructure, authentication and service providers to operate CompareAll. Your sign-in provider processes information needed for authentication. We do not share your raw search history, unrelated comparisons or uploaded documents with commercial providers. If you explicitly request provider matching, we may share the contact details and privacy-safe request summary shown to you in the consent flow with selected relevant providers. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect users, the service or our legal rights.
Retention and deletion
Account-associated information is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request permanent account deletion at any time. When deletion is completed, CompareAll deletes the account and associated application data, subject only to limited retention where required for legal, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution obligations.
Security
CompareAll uses encrypted connections and access controls designed to protect information in transit and within the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we continuously review the app and its supporting systems for security and privacy risks.
Your choices
You can choose whether to save comparisons, adjust learned preferences from your profile, decline provider matching, and delete your account. You can also use the public account-deletion page without first navigating through a signed-in area.
