How CompareAll reaches a decision

CompareAll is an AI comparison and decision engine operated by Future Grid in Singapore. It combines your priorities with decision-specific criteria and evidence, then explains the strongest available choice without pretending every answer is equally certain.

1. Understand the decision

CompareAll identifies the options, use case and criteria that can actually change the answer. When useful, it asks up to three high-impact questions before the first result.

2. Check the evidence

The engine checks exact option identity, source quality, current local relevance and material claims. For Singapore decisions, local pricing, availability, eligibility and regulation are considered when they matter.

3. Make the decision

CompareAll explains the best-supported choice, why it fits, the main compromise, why alternatives lost and how strong the evidence is. Suitability is user-specific, not a universal brand ranking.

4. Refine once, then conclude

If you refine, CompareAll remembers the original query and earlier answers, asks exactly five new questions, then recalculates and gives a terminal best-supported verdict for choose-intent comparisons.

How CompareAll treats evidence

The engine separates different kinds of evidence instead of blending them into one confidence claim.

Verified facts

Current facts supported by a relevant source, ideally an official or primary source for material claims.

Measured evidence

Benchmarks, tests or other measured information where the methodology is relevant to the decision.

Community sentiment

User or community experience that can add context but is not treated as a verified product fact.

CompareAll inference

A clearly identified judgement that connects evidence and your stated preferences. It is not presented as a sourced fact.

What confidence means

Confidence reflects evidence quality and decision readiness, not how certain an AI model sounds. Weak, incomplete or conflicting evidence should lower confidence even when CompareAll still needs to choose a best-supported option after refinement.

What commercial offers mean

Partner offers and provider matching are separated from comparison scoring. They do not determine the recommended option. Provider matching only happens after explicit user consent.
